Remote Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Available to candidates in Florida, Maine, Ohio, and Texas

We are a growing team of executive assistants, marketing specialists, and bookkeepers, dedicated to providing top-notch support to small businesses. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain multiple QuickBooks Online accounts for various clients
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and line of credit accounts in QuickBooks
- Conduct audits on vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy in accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements to clients
- Gather and verify documentation to ensure transaction accuracy
- Offer consistent support and helpful reminders to assist small businesses in meeting their financial goals

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (2-year degree)
- QuickBooks Online certification
- Proven experience maintaining multiple QuickBooks accounts for various businesses
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- 15 hours per week to start, with potential for growth
- Competitive pay at $22/hour
