Job Description

Position: Part-Time Remote Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in QuickBooks Desktop and a passion for managing financial records with precision. Cost accounting experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately post invoices, receipts, checks, and deposits into the accounting system
- Manage subsidiary ledgers and perform expense reconciliations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks to ensure smooth financial operations

Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of cost accounting (a plus)
- Experience in the automotive industry (helpful, but not necessary)

This position requires a commitment to working remotely, with a brief weekly visit to the office (approximately 1 hour).
