PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Community Manager to build, engage, and nurture our online community. As the Online Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful conversations, creating a strong sense of community, and promoting the mission of PrimeCare Medical within our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and skilled in developing relationships and engaging content to drive community growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage PrimeCare Medical’s online community across social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels.
• Create, curate, and manage relevant content (posts, videos, articles) to stimulate meaningful conversations within the community.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the online community, addressing inquiries, fostering discussions, and moderating user-generated content.
• Engage with community members in a timely, positive, and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions reflect the values of PrimeCare Medical.
• Identify community trends, feedback, and insights to help improve services and products, and collaborate with internal teams to incorporate this feedback into the company’s offerings.
• Organize virtual events, webinars, and discussions to increase engagement and provide value to community members.
• Monitor social media channels and forums to address any concerns or potential issues, escalating when necessary to ensure a positive community experience.
• Use analytics tools to measure community growth, engagement, and sentiment, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and best practices for community management to ensure the continued growth and success of the online community.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing online communities or social media platforms, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate community members.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and community forums.
• Experience with content creation, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and community moderation.
• Ability to analyze and report on community engagement metrics using analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Passion for healthcare and the ability to relate to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals within the community.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines for online healthcare communities is a plus.
