• Overseeing telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate internal employee
• Handling correspondence, appointments, and preparing documents
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office
• Keep track of files, documentation, and records.
• Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
• Sort paperwork, invoices, and receipts
• May perform bookkeeping and invoicing procedures
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have good customer service experience
• Must have 3+ years of receptionist experince
• Must have 3+ years of general office experince
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Invoicing experience preferred
