**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Order Puller who is proficient in operating a pallet jack and stand-up forklift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring all products are handled with care to maintain quality standards. This position is crucial in maintaining smooth warehouse operations during the night shift.

**Responsibilities:**

• Operate a stand-up forklift and pallet jack to pull orders from storage areas according to pick tickets or verbal instructions.
• Ensure accuracy in picking orders by verifying quantities and items picked against order documentation.
• Safely maneuver pallets and products throughout the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Organize picked orders onto pallets or carts in a manner that ensures stability and prevents damage during transportation.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed, ensuring proper handling of products to prevent breakage or damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse storage areas and workspaces.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, attendance, and conduct.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an order puller or similar role in a warehouse environment.
• Valid certification to operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
