Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Requirements

• Preferred Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
• Indiana State Licensed DDS or DMD
• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery experience, or ability to become Board Certified within 2 years.
• 4th year Dental School University Candidates / Oral Surgeon Residents to be considered.

• Great Compensation of $400,000 base - with a potential first year earnings of $1 million!
