### Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled mortgage loan professional to join our team in a hybrid role. In this position, you will evaluate and process loan applications for our valued VA clients. Your responsibilities will include interviewing applicants to gather financial information, assessing creditworthiness, and discussing loan terms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of the VA loan process.

### Responsibilities
- Engage in live calls with new VA applicants, providing them with guidance and support.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities for new business.
- Conduct interviews with applicants to collect financial information.
- Evaluate applicants' creditworthiness.
- Process loan applications efficiently and accurately.
- Submit files to underwriting and clear approval conditions.
- Prepare transactions for the closing department.
- Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their contracts.
- Provide rate quotes to prospective customers.
- Maintain detailed records for all accounts.

### Qualifications
- Military Service is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Loan Processor is a plus.
- Familiarity with standard mortgage loan origination systems (LOS) such as Calyx, Encompass, LendingQB, etc.
- Strong organizational skills for managing email communications and excellent writing abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects related to VA loans, including WebLGY, Lender Handbook, AUS, etc.

This is a remote position.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
