What You'll Do:

Client Engagement: Seek out and connect with potential clients to offer tailored residential mortgage solutions.
Lead Conversion: Turn inbound and outbound leads into successful loan applications.
Financial Guidance: Understand clients' financial needs and recommend the best mortgage products and rate options.
Performance Goals: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing: Manage all aspects of soliciting, negotiating, and securing residential mortgage loans.
Client Support: Guide and support loan applicants through the process, addressing any questions or concerns.
Document Handling: Collect and process necessary information and documents from applicants.
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing.
Market Expertise: Share detailed information about our loan products with real estate professionals and answer any related inquiries.
Reporting: Prepare and review reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with all loan documentation.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in loan management and negotiation in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge: Familiarity with loan processing guidelines, including those from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
Skills: Strong understanding of mortgage practices, documents, and real estate terms.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Location: Must be based in California.
