Join a dynamic team as a Mortgage Loan Officer Originator dedicated to helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our San Francisco office, with opportunities for client visits and team collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to prospective clients to discuss residential mortgage solutions.
Convert inbound and outbound sales leads into mortgage applications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage products and rates.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, delivering exceptional service throughout the process.
Essential Functions:

Source, negotiate, and secure residential mortgage loans.
Guide and advise loan applicants, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
Coordinate loan processing and closing activities with internal teams.
Educate real estate professionals and clients on available loan products and services.
Maintain accurate and complete loan files, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in loan management and negotiation.
Familiarity with loan processing guidelines such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
Strong knowledge of mortgage market trends and real estate terminology.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
California residency required.
Compensation:

Competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $200,000 per year, complemented by commission-based earnings (1099).
