Title: Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician
Position Overview: The Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician plays an integral role within our esteemed dermatology practice. We seek an experienced and dynamic individual who will uphold the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a premier cosmetic practice within an established dermatological setting, serving a loyal patient base. We are seeking a driven and talented Esthetician who is poised to excel in a high-volume, high-end environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional aesthetic treatments and consultations in alignment with patient needs and desired outcomes.
* Demonstrate proficiency in a range of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial therapies.
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all patient interactions.
* Ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts and client appointments, adhering to practice protocols and scheduling guidelines.
* Exhibit strong clinical acumen and expertise, delivering superior results and patient satisfaction.
* Utilize in-depth knowledge of skincare products and treatments to recommend tailored regimens and retail products.
* Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
* Demonstrate exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
* Possess experience and proficiency in laser treatments, with a preference for candidates with laser certification.
* Provide outstanding customer service, fostering positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care and achieve practice goals.
Qualifications:
* Active Illinois license required (IDPR).
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in aesthetics, including extensive consultation experience.
* Personable, outgoing, and adept at building rapport with diverse clientele.
* Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical practice.
* Proficiency in clinical skincare products and retail sales.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Laser certification or experience preferred.
