Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Strategist to join our team and help shape the future of our brand’s growth. The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends to effectively position our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, content, and offline initiatives.
• Brand Positioning: Develop and refine messaging frameworks that differentiate the brand in a crowded market, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Data Analysis: Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights to assess ROI and optimize efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategic goals.
• Customer Persona Development: Build and refine customer personas to guide targeting and personalization efforts.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and negotiate with vendors to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
• Creative thinking with strong copywriting and content development abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
