Marketing Manager

JRSC Digital is in search of a marketing manager. This is a very diverse full time position managing all aspects of branding, marketing, and advertising for all JRSC brands. This is an all encompassing hands on position meaning not only will you be helping to come up with marketing plans, you will be implementing them.
Knowledge/experience in the following areas is recommended:
-Web development
-Online marketing
-Print marketing
-Comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud products and the ability to design for both print and web
-Experience in both print and web design
-Basic programming understanding (enough to be able to understand and tweak small bits of code)
-HTML/CSS
-Paid online advertising including Google Adwords and Facebook
-SEO
-Comfortable working with web to print software
-Ability to use a ruler as well as work with measurements in fractions, decimals, and metric
-Ability to work with data and databases
-Experience launching new products and brands (local and nationally)
-Very comfortable with software and technology
Job Tasks:
-Creating marketing plans/campaigns for different JRSC product niches
-Work with our sales team to provide supporting marketing material (web and print).
-Create and maintain printed collateral
-Create and maintain website for all JRSC brands.
-Manage JRSC web to print solutions.
-Create and implement email and direct mail campaigns.
-Create and maintain social media accounts for all brands. Social media sites include but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
-Engage and interact with customers through social media.
-Manage any marketing through social media
-Create and maintain video content for promotional purposes
-Post videos in appropriate online locations and interact with video comments
-Creative use of video to showcase equipment and capabilities
-Create and maintain any online directory listings, such as google my business, for all JRSC brands
-Manage all online advertising/marketing including paid advertising such as google pay per click or paid facebook advertising
-Create online marketing strategies for multiple brands/products
-Create online brands and stores/websites for any brands we want to start in the future to sell specific products.
