For our renowned partner company, a leading manufacturer in the growing steel industry, we are currently looking for an experienced  Manager Inside Sales.

Salary Range: 90-120k 

Location: Wildwood, Florida (on-site presence needed)

Relocation package: Available

Leadership Responsibility: Yes

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the inside sales team (~5 direct reports)
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely quotes to customers.
• Develop and implement standardized sales processes
• Build and maintain s trong relationships with key customers , addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Your Profile

• Experience within inside sales and strategic sales management, especially with quotations for industrial manufacturing / steel products
• Previous leadership experience
• Very good communication skill and customer-focus
• Willing to work on-site
