Land Surveyor

**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Land Surveyor/Project Manager!**

**Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:**
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential; having a Land Surveyor license in Virginia or ability to obtain one
- Proven ability to write fee proposals and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microstation software is a must.
- Experience in preparing a variety of surveys and maps, conducting courthouse research, and performing construction staking calculations is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage projects independently while adhering to strict timelines and scope requirements.
