The Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is a Tribal health care organization, serving nearly 30,000 people living across rural, southwest Alaska in villages with populations from about 10 to more than 1,000. Bethel, the regional hub and location of the only hospital in the region, has a population of nearly 7,000. The Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta is home to thousands of lakes and two primary rivers—the Kuskokwim and Yukon.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Education
College-AA degree, or experience in customer service and/or design with over two years experience in related area.
Minimum Experience
Two year’s experience in a customer service related position. Familiarity with or commitment to learning graphic design computer software, specifically: Microsoft Office, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software
License, Certification, Registration

Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of graphic elements (layout, type, brand colors and fonts) and a keen eye for detail. Understanding of cross-cultural work environment and familiarity with the YKHC service area. Commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external customers. Bilingual Yup’ik/English preferred. Ability to manage large tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
