Position Overview: As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. Leveraging your expertise in IT systems, networks, and security, you'll lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Infrastructure Planning: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, and architecture designs to support the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  2. Network Management: Oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks, to ensure high availability and performance.
  3. Server Administration: Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and data center facilities, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  4. Cloud Services Management: Lead the adoption and management of cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, to leverage the benefits of cloud computing and ensure seamless integration with on-premises systems.
  5. Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company's IT assets and data against cybersecurity threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
  6. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity and data protection in the event of system failures or disasters.
  7. IT Operations: Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including system monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and incident management, to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  8. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions within budget and timelines.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and security analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  10. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in IT infrastructure management, and participate in audits and assessments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing complex IT environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in networking, server administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure technologies and platforms, including Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams, stakeholders, and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
