Teufel Holly Farms, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. As the first point of contact for employees with technical issues, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems. This position is ideal for someone with a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to providing day-to-day support, you will have opportunities to contribute to projects that improve IT processes and enhance user experiences. This role will require a mix of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality IT support and solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime.
Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the company's systems.
Document and track support requests using the ticketing system to ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials to enhance user proficiency with IT systems.
Collaborate on IT projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving system functionality.
Primary Tasks
Resolve support tickets including but not limited to:
Windows updates
Outlook issues
Microsoft account synchronization
New employee setups
Windows patching
Active Directory server maintenance
Software application support (e.g., Adobe installations, whitelisting/blacklisting approved software).

Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in tier 1/2 level help desk or IT support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems (95% PC and 5% Mac/iOS devices).
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Proficiency in common business software applications, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable vehicle and willingness to travel within the Portland Metro Area.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
