Position – Industrial Painter
Job Location – Neenah
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20 to $28 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
This position is responsible for painting all of the mild steel and aluminum parts used to manufacture our conveyor and specialty equipment. The Client uses a wet spray paint system which allows us to easily match customer paint specifications and quickly change over to other colors as needed. This is a skilled trade which the candidate must show proven competency in.
Responsibilities
- Washing and preparing parts for painting as needed
- Inspecting for cleanliness and tacking of all parts prior to paint
- Spraying various sizes and shapes of steel and aluminum parts to quality specifications
- Touch-up paint on completed assemblies prior to shipping as needed
- Material handling as needed
- Grinding, deburring and passivating stainless steel parts when there is no painting to be done
- Maintaining spray booth and equipment
Qualifications
- Must be able to be certified for respirator use
- Understand and conform to proper use of paint booth PPE
- Adaptable to fast paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independent or as a team
