Overview: We are seeking a skilled HUMINT Strategic Debriefer/Screener to join our team. This role is critical for gathering and analyzing human intelligence through strategic debriefing and screening activities, directly supporting high-stakes intelligence operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct strategic debriefings and screenings to collect and analyze vital human intelligence.
Operate within the DoD FORMICA program, managing IC Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and leveraging HUMINT collection databases.
Support counterintelligence (CI) operations by acting as a HUMINT agent in dynamic environments.
Prepare and deliver briefings that clearly articulate complex intelligence findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC) or Joint Interrogation Certification Course (JICC).
Experience:
Mid-Level: At least four years of HUMINT experience with relevant MOS codes (e.g., 18F, 35M, 97B, 97E, 35E).
Senior Level: Extensive experience in strategic debriefing and HUMINT operations, including deployment in high-threat environments with relevant MOS codes.
Clearance: TS/SCI
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of HUMINT methodologies, databases, and the DoD FORMICA program.
Proficiency in debriefing, screening, and investigative techniques.
Strong communication and briefing skills to effectively present intelligence data to senior leaders.
