Graphic Designer
Position Overview Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our sports brand department. The selected candidate will conceptualize and create captivating OOH (Out-Of-Home) artwork, digital/social content, experiential design, presentations, and more. This role involves direct collaboration with the Art Director, Creative Director, writer/producers, editors, and other graphic designers.
This is a 40 hour per week, hybrid, 2-month contract (potential to extend) in New York, NY or Stamford, CT.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and design engaging graphics for a variety of projects including marketing materials, social media, and websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design software to create high-quality visuals.
- Prepare print production files and liaise with vendors to ensure high standards are met.
- Conduct photography sessions and perform photo retouching as needed for projects.
- Implement color theory and typography principles to enhance design aesthetics.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- A passion for sports is advantageous.
- Cinema 4D is a plus
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in experiential design and brand management, particularly within the sports industry.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital production techniques.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your design work and a variety of projects.
