About The Role We are looking for a strong leader with luxury automotive expertise to fill the role of General Manager, BMW & Mercedes-Benz Bowling Green. This pivotal position requires 3-5 years of experience in luxury automotive sales, where you have demonstrated effective leadership in driving sales team success and enhancing client engagement through exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include championing the BMW and Mercedes-Benz brands as we launch a brand-new dealership in 2025, ensuring unparalleled standards of customer service and satisfaction. What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve individual and team goals. * Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize profitability in both service and sales departments. * Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the organization. * Ensure effective communication between corporate headquarters and the store, facilitating seamless operations and alignment with company objectives. * Oversee client relationship management processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention. * Ensure a cohesive and premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints, from dealership facilities to online platforms to enable memorable consumer experiences. * Align brand messaging with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and post-purchase satisfaction. * Identify opportunities to enhance the luxury experience through exclusive events, partnerships, and personalized services. * Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans accordingly. * Maximize utilization of CRM system to optimize customer relationship management and sales efficiency. * Ensure strict adherence to all sales processes and protocols to uphold dealership standards. * Effectively manage new car inventory, turnovers, days’ supply, and stocking levels for each BMW and Mercedes-Benz model to maximize profitability. * Generate reports and presentations to communicate brand performance insights to senior leadership.
