As a Freelance Tech Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing identifying and placing toptier tech talent for various roles within our company. This position is commissionbased offering you the flexibility to work at your own pace on your schedule from anywhere within the LATAM region.
Source and Identify Talent: Utilize various platforms and networks to find and engage potential candidates for tech roles.
Screen and Evaluate: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve Targets: Meet placement goals to earn a commission with the potential to earn between $2000 to USD 3000 per month.
Experience: Previous experience in tech recruitment or a related field is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong organizational abilities and proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms.
Selfmotivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively to deliver results.
Remote Work Ready: Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely from the LATAM region.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
