13503 – Financial Technology Manager (Hybrid) – Miami/Doral, FL

Start Date : ASAP
Type: Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client
Work Setting: Hybrid

Required:
• Experience in a managerial role with background in finance, IT, data governance and infrastructure related to business/financial planning, analysis processes, including a working knowledge of accounting principles and issues (10+ years);
• Experience with practical experience testing enterprise size applications and conducting risk base analysis;
• Experience with infrastructure requirements, data governance and finance;
• Experience with financial data analysis tools and systems such as Oracle Financials, BI analytics;
• Experience with cloud and local data warehouses, Payroll systems, and financial ship board systems etc;
• Experience with Project management experience, including testing of enterprise size applications;
• Experience managing business/financial planning and analysis processes

Preferred:
• Project management experience;
• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree;
• Data Governance/Infrastructure Certifications

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop a roadmap for Financial Technology by partnering with business teams and aligning with corporate goals and initiatives.
• Support Oracle Financials, Payroll systems, and financial ship board systems; Cloud based systems;
• Design and implement policies, systems, and rules that support Data Governance, ensuring security access, data quality, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Oversee BI/AI report development strategy, ensuring data security and technical governance over financial infrastructure.
• Ensure User Acceptance, Security Access, and Compliance Reviews are conducted to meet audit standards.
• Lead teams in identifying opportunities for process, technology, and governance improvements, ensuring SOX compliance and mitigating risks.
• Drive organizational change by aligning projects with corporate strategy, managing resources, timelines, and objectives, and communicating project outcomes.
• Manage staff development, defining goals, recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to support Financial Systems objectives and career growth.
