Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field operations, working closely with our experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will assist in various operational tasks, support project management activities, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our field operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of field operations projects including inventory and maintenance management.
• Support the field operations team in daily tasks, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain and collect accurate records and documentation related to field operations activities, specifically for turnover from construction to operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field operations processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to various field sites as needed.
• Basic understanding of field operations and safety protocols is a plus.
