Job Description

Our client is seeking a passionate and innovative Experience Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a candidate who is customer-obsessed and dedicated to developing human-centered experiences that provide personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to determine roadmaps to reach desired results.
- Assist with research and coordination of response to consumer feedback.
- Actively participate in design and testing protocols.
- Develop guidelines for architects, designers, and developers to aid in compliance with the current version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Engage in quality audits and assist with remediation roadmaps where necessary.
- Remain abreast of trends and developments in web, application, and software accessibility/inclusion.


The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 10+ years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of user experience design best practices, interactive design principles, guidelines, and relevant policies, including current web accessibility standards.
- Experience in the appropriate use of ARIA markup.
- Familiarity with the design thinking process and framework.
- Experience with user-centered design from concept to delivery.
- Experience working in a cross-channel environment, including desktop/laptop, mobile, devices, and brick-and-mortar locations.
- Great communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.


This role requires a commitment of three days per week in our client's Minneapolis office. Candidates must be local to Minneapolis and must complete a background check & drug screen upon offer.
