SalesBizLab is seeking a dynamic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, promotional activities, and client meetings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enthusiastic about event management, and eager to learn the ins and outs of coordinating successful events.

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure event logistics run smoothly.
• Help with event setup, registration, and attendee management.
• Provide administrative support for event-related activities, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and preparing materials.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure all event details are aligned with company goals and branding.
• Support event marketing efforts, including sending invitations, following up with attendees, and managing RSVPs.
• Assist with post-event activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and cleanup.
• Manage event supplies and promotional materials, ensuring they are organized and available for each event.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event planning, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in learning about event planning and management.
• Team-oriented and willing to assist with various event tasks.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
