We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events. This role involves coordinating logistical aspects and providing on-site event support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception to completion.
• Support day-of-event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to meet all event requirements.
• Manage event timelines, task lists, and budgets under the supervision of senior coordinators.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to provide feedback and improve future events.
• Participate in promotional activities related to event marketing and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
