Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.
• Logistics Management: Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and setup.
• Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event marketing strategies.
• Marketing Materials: Assist in creating and preparing marketing materials for events.
• Client & Partner Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• On-Site Support: Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues.
• Attendee Engagement: Engage with attendees, offering information and promoting client brands.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and file organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
