Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning amp; Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events that meet organizational objectives.

  • On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events to ensure all activities run smoothly and address any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and attendees to ensure expectations are met and concerns are promptly addressed.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of event details, including budgets, attendance, and feedback for future improvements.
