As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of promotional events. This is a hands-on role that involves coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a smooth day-of-event experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and organizing event details, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  
• Support the setup, management, and breakdown of events to ensure seamless execution.
  
• Act as a point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and event staff on the day of the event.
  
• Help manage guest lists, registrations, and attendee check-ins.
  
• Ensure that events are executed according to the client’s vision and company standards.
  
• Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Assist in gathering feedback post-event to help improve future events.
  
• Maintain inventory of event supplies and materials.
  

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
