Our firm specializes in handling discrimination cases and providing exceptional legal services to clients. We prioritize training and development to ensure that our new attorneys are well-prepared to manage their caseload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing employment law cases, focusing on litigation, counseling, and compliance matters, particularly regarding discrimination.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft essential legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Provide sound legal advice and develop effective strategies for resolving client issues.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Participate actively in client meetings and contribute to case strategy discussions.
Stay informed about the latest developments in employment law to provide the best service to our clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in a reciprocal jurisdiction of Kansas and/or Missouri (KS & MO license preferred).
0-3 years of experience in active legal practice.
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Excellent judgment and analytical skills for assessing complex legal issues.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
