Are you passionate about driving improvements in complex systems? We're looking for a Senior Business/Requirements Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in transforming how the Navy manages its supply chain processes. If you have a knack for analyzing requirements, designing efficient processes, and working with diverse teams, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do:

Requirements Analysis: Dive into existing systems and document the requirements and functionalities to support the Navy's Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS) implementation.
Process Improvement: Provide analysis, reengineering, and optimization services to enhance and modernize NAVSUP's supply chain business processes.
Collaboration: Act as a bridge between contractor teams, stakeholders, and process owners to achieve business reform goals. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and design efficient business processes.
Data Modeling: Interview process owners to create business process maps, identify gaps, and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and improvements.
Technical Writing: Develop and present technical content, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications. Prepare project status updates using Microsoft Office Suite.
Agile Methodologies: Apply agile practices such as scrum and kanban to manage and deliver solutions effectively.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 8-10 years in IT with a focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, and information systems integration.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to lead workshops and facilitate process design. Experience with Agile/Scrum development, Jira, Confluence, and BPMN 2.0 notation is a plus.
Expertise: Background in business process improvement, supply chain management, and using tools like Microsoft Visio. Knowledge of SAP and Lean Six Sigma Certification are advantageous.
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
Why You'll Love It Here:

Flexibility: Enjoy the benefits of remote work with occasional travel.
Impact: Contribute to meaningful projects that enhance Navy logistics and operations.
Growth: Be part of a supportive team focused on continuous improvement and professional development.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 1,001.00 Per Year
