No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this fun and rewarding role. Key Responsibilities:

• Event Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements for weddings, honeymoons, and bachelorette parties, including venues, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional, personalized customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable planning process for clients.
• Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in wedding destinations, honeymoon packages, and bachelorette party hotspots to offer the best recommendations.
• Itinerary Management: Design and manage detailed itineraries tailored to each client's unique vision, preferences, and budget.
• Problem Solving: Resolve any issues that arise during the planning or travel process, ensuring clients have a stress-free experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a citizen of the USA, Mexico, or Australia.
• Passion for weddings, parties, and travel.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and apps.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
