We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and organized individual to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with authorized resellers in our sales divisions, including Team, Corporate, Golf, and Retail. You will collaborate with various departments, such as Customer Service, Art, and Pre-Decoration, to provide valuable insights and support to our customer base. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, customer-centric environment and is eager to strengthen our customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Product Knowledge & Problem Resolution:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product lines, including features and differentiators.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to orders, products, or services promptly and effectively.
- Offer accurate information to guide product recommendations and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with dealers and distributors via email and phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders and shipments.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and documented for accountability.
3. Sales Order Management:
- Coordinate and process orders from start to finish, including inventory availability, pricing, and lead times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate potential delays or issues that may impact customer orders.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain customer relationships and streamline processes.
- Facilitate collaboration to optimize order fulfillment and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve order processing and management.

Requirements:
1. Industry Experience:
- 2-3 years in sales support or account management, particularly in the Promotional Products or Sporting Goods Industry.
- Familiarity with supply chain, production processes, and lead times for custom-decorated products.
2. Decoration and Customization Experience:
- Good understanding of decoration methods (embroidery, screen-printing, etc.)
- Keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to assist customers in customization decisions to ensure high-quality products.
3. Tech Proficiency:
- Familiar with Windows, MS Office Suite, and ideally CRM platforms (HubSpot).
4. Organization and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, orders, and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and offer solutions.
5. Communication & Relationship Building:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable building and maintaining strong client relationships virtually and in-person.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
6. Attention to Detail:
- Critical eye for quality and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to review and confirm all customer details to prevent errors.
7. Adaptability & Goal-Oriented:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
