Job Title: Database Architecture (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement database architectures that support our business needs.
• Develop and maintain database models, schemas, and metadata.
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ensure database security, backup, and recovery processes are in place and effective.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to support application and analytics needs.
• Evaluate and recommend database technologies and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Database Architect or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
• Knowledge of database design principles and best practices.
• Experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Federal Experience is a plus.
