We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately, ensuring that all information is processed and stored efficiently. Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into the company’s database system
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data
• Review and verify data for discrepancies
• Process data requests from other departments and assist in data-related projects
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Perform routine data entry tasks and provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with data entry software is a plus
