Key Responsibilities:

• Data Input: Accurately enter data from various source documents into the company database or software systems.
• Data Verification: Review and verify entered data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Database Maintenance: Update, correct, and maintain data records as required.
• Document Management: Organize and manage paper and digital files, including scanning, uploading, and labeling documents.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data privacy policies.
• Communication: Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in data entry is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database management systems).
• Typing Speed: Ability to type at least [X words per minute]; high accuracy is a must.
