Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage and input large volumes of information accurately into our systems. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of company records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into company databases, spreadsheets, or systems.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain files to ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
• Identify and report errors or inconsistencies in data.
• Generate reports and summaries as requested.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields are a plus.
• Proficiency in typing, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
