Construction Manager

Position Overview
The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and project management, alongside leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure effective collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing processes and techniques.
• Experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Familiarity with commercial and residential roofing projects is a plus.
