Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage painting projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial painting and estimating, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial painting jobs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project status and quality of work.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project expenses and changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the commercial painting industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial paint products and application techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
