Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Coordinator with expertise in Home and Community-Based Services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional customer service skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Your ability to communicate effectively, including using interpreter services, will be key in supporting our mission to provide quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate care telephonically to ensure members receive the support they need.
Complete assessments and maintain documentation within a clinical system.
Manage administrative intake and data entry for the clinical team.
Collaborate with providers and the clinical team to handle requests for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements.
Process and distribute customized reports to providers and clinical staff.
Effectively multitask across various platforms and applications.
Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls to members, workers, caregivers, providers, and internal departments to assist with EVV and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or business administration.
Proficient in using the telephone and computer, with experience in Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, and working within tables) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management).
Strong typing, writing, and grammar skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Experience with medical terminology or medical research is a plus.
Claims and/or healthcare insurance experience is preferred.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 22.00 Per Hour
