Location:
Conveniently located south of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, at the northwest corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the creation and updates of client accounts
Verify and maintain client profile information
Process online bidder approvals
Add/update client details, generate reports, and handle shipping instruction requests
Manage mailing list data entries
Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information
Handle client survey responses
Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma required
Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Work Environment:

Hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two days remote)
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
