Role Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Business Analyst to support our Acting PMO Director and collaborate with middle and upper management across the organization. This role offers a chance to contribute to meaningful projects while honing your skills in reporting, research, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative, organizational prowess, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Design training guides and lead training sessions for internal teams and external clients as needed.
Collaborate with IT teams and Delivery Managers to coordinate project releases post-testing.
Work effectively within a sprint-based environment and manage shared IT resources across multiple projects.
Research, compile, and present data for marketing and contract administration projects.
Create detailed reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) involving advanced computations and data analysis.
Utilize SQL for data analysis in support of requirement gathering and functional testing.

Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with sprint processes and project management concepts is a plus.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Knowledge of the insurance or claims industry is an advantage.
Exposure to medical claims processing is a significant plus.
Education:
A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (medical, computer science, or similar).
Additional Certifications (Optional):
Scrum experience or certification is a bonus.
