Brewery Packaging Specialist Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Experience with the brewing process and equipment (Wild Goose preferred)
• Proficient understanding of Dissolved Oxygen in packaged beer
• Strong understanding of all aspects of a production cellar, including packaging, cleaning, quality control, chemicals, equipment, etc.
• Assist Head Brewer in all aspects of beer packaging
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain inventory levels and quality management of chemicals and materials
