Statement of Qualification (SOQ) Instructions
A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required for the hiring manager’s review. Applications submitted without an SOQ may be disqualified.
The SOQ serves as a documentation of each candidate’s ability to present their relevant experience clearly and concisely. Although resumes are also requested, they do not take the place of the SOQ. The SOQ should not exceed 1 page in length, single-spaced, using Arial, 12-point font.
