Job Title: Associate Media Director
Location: Hybrid Remote/NYC
Salary: $130-145K + Potential for Bonuses

Position Overview: The Associate Media Director will be responsible for overseeing the digital media strategy and planning for our company. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in digital media planning, buying, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of digital media professionals and provide guidance and mentorship
• Develop and implement digital media strategy and plans that align with company objectives
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand advertising needs and create effective campaigns
• Analyze data and market trends to optimize media plans and drive ROI
• Oversee the execution of digital media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital media trends and technologies
• Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate media buys

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in digital media planning, buying, and strategy
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven track record of developing successful digital media campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience negotiating with media vendors
