Associate Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a boutique firm that focuses on Plaintiffs side Employment Law.We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented entrylevel associate. This position is ideal for recent graduates with bar passage .We are looking for someone who is dedicated to social justice and we want to train the right candidate to excel in the field of Employment Law

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• The Entry Level Associate will assist with investigations conducting discovery and addressing discoveryrelated issues including learning how to draft motions oppose and draft judgment motions and prepare for trial.

DUTIES:

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Assist in the drafting of legal documents including pleadings motions and investigations.
• Support attorneys in litigation processes by preparing case files and organizing evidence.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with team members on case strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing withthe CA state bar.
• Interest in Plaintiff Employment Law
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Proven litigation skills with a track record of managing complex cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client service.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range: $90000 $130000
• Plus performancebased incentives
