Our high-end grocery client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural and organic products, strong leadership ability, management experience in a high- volume grocery store, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to guest service and the team.

Assistant Store Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in a grocery store, retail store with grocery and/or restaurants
• 4+ years of experience in management for a high-volume sales department or store
• Experience creating schedules, creating and developing effective procedural standards
• Experience managing a full P & L
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ideal candidate has experience speaking multiple languages, however not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
