Responsibilities

• This position requires you to work nights and weekends year-round.
• Hire, train and develop your team of sports coaches, birthday party staff, summer camp coaches, and scorekeepers.
• Motivate your team to strive for excellent performance resulting in high registration numbers and quality customer service.
• Hold individuals accountable to your team goals and provide frequent feedback on their progress
• Proactively manage accounts receivable by engaging with customers to ensure timely payment of league, rental, and membership fees
• Functions as the "Manager on Duty"
• Maintains facility standards for cleaning and safety
• Ensure proper cash handling and follow accounts receivable procedures
• Ensure accurate concession inventory and order supplies as needed
• Coaches youth programs as needed
• Supports General Manager with additional duties as needed

• The ability to manage a fast-paced, client-facing sports facility while maintaining cleanliness and customer service standards
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Prior management experience (1 year minimum)
• College degree in business, sports management, or other related field preferred

Benefits & Pay

• $35,000/year
