Job Description

As an Appointment Setter you will be responsible for generating new leads by setting up appointments with potential clients. 

We are looking for a positive, energetic & enthusiastic team member to join our sales and business development team who will conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional lead generation, appointment booking, & excellent organizational skills are a must. 

Our Model: 

• Part-time role working a set agreed upon flexible schedule Monday - Friday during business hours. 
• Opportunity to learn more about the home construction industry. 
• Base pay plus the potential to earn commission. 
• Reports to CEO.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred or the equivalent of previous experience in a similar role. 
• 2 years+ experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management. 
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Natural conversationalist, confident and enthusiastic.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Persistent and resilience to deal with rejection.
• Professional and courteous.
• Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Responsibilities: 

• Work company-provided leads and generate new leads for our markets nationwide. 
• Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily.
• Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments.
• Schedule appointments for our Business Development Managers and Market Development Representatives in each market.
• Verify and confirm appointments.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and Business Development Managers and Market Development Representatives.
• Maintain an accurate record of interactions and appointments set. 
• Participate in sales team meetings and training. 

Compensation: 

• Pay: $19-21 hourly base pay plus the potential to earn a commission. 

Work Setting: You must reside in Wichita, KS
